Terms & Conditions

1. General Terms and Conditions

BURNER.WORK is the marketplace managed by XMarketing OÜ. These terms and conditions apply to the commercial relationship between BURNER.WORK and its customers. The services and products provided by BURNER.WORK are also subject to the terms and conditions specified by that service and product provider. BURNER.WORK reserves the right to update these terms and conditions without notice. Orders are subject to the terms and conditions in force at the time of ordering, which can be read on the BURNER.WORK website.

BURNER.WORK shall not be liable for damages resulting from force majeure. Force majeure is considered to be an unforeseeable circumstance or change in circumstances beyond the control of BURNER.WORK. BURNER.WORK is obliged to notify of force majeure to the customer who has made an order and waiting to receive that order.

2. Customer

BURNER.WORK welcomes all private and business customers. The trade relationship complies with applicable EU legislation on marketing and advertising. The sales agreement between corporate customers and BURNER.WORK primarily complies with these terms and conditions and in other respects with the Estonian Commercial Act.

The customer is obliged to provide complete contact information when placing an order.

3. Price list

Prices include VAT, but not delivery costs unless otherwise stated.

Delivery time estimates have been prepared on the basis of information provided by suppliers. BURNER.WORK or the related suppliers are not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen changes outside their scope.

BURNER.WORK reserves the right to restrict the sale of products in exceptionally large batches.

4. Delivery

BURNER.WORK offers a comprehensive range of shipping. You can read more about delivery information and their service content on our website. BURNER.WORK's shopping cart automatically take in to account shipping offers. Single order products can be delivered in multiple shipments.

BURNER.WORK strives to provide customers with a shipping option appropriate to the nature of the shipment. The standard shipping option is available on our website when ordering, depending on the shipping address selected. BURNER.WORK is not obligated to reserve other products of the same order to the customer if the availability of one product is poor or its delivery is delayed for reasons beyond BURNER.WORK's control. Postage for post-delivery will be charged according to the normally valid price list.

5. Payment

6. Returns

BURNER.WORK does not grant business customers the right to return an intact and / or defect-free product.

Private customers can cancel their order within 14 days of the purchase. The deadline is deemed to have been met when the customer sends the products back to the seller before the expiry of the 14-day deadline.

The product(s) must be returned unused and faultless in the original packaging.

Returned products must be carefully packaged.

7. Warranty

BURNER.WORK grants a one (1) year warranty for BURNER.WORK. By registering as a member of BURNER.WORK within 30 days of the BURNER.WORK product purchase, the customer receives a total of two (2) years warranty for the BURNER.WORK product. The warranty for BURNER.WORK accessories is determined by the warranty conditions specified by the manufacturers. Basically, the warranty only covers manufacturing and material defects in the product. The wooden sales package supplied with the BURNER.WORK product is not covered by the warranty.

8. Additional Terms

BURNER.WORK shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss, damage or loss of revenue caused by the product and / or service. BURNER.WORK's liability is always limited to the content of these terms and conditions.

BURNER.WORK shall not be obliged to fulfill the Agreement if it encounters a force majeure which it cannot reasonably overcome. BURNER.WORK is not obligated to compensate the customer for damage or costs incurred by the customer in the event of force majeure, and is entitled to terminate the contract.

By submitting an order and/or a request for quotation, the customer unequivocally accepts the terms and conditions of BURNER.WORK. Any contract terms used by the customer will not be complied with if they conflict with the BURNER.WORK terms and conditions.
